System requirements for optimal use of QuickServe Online are as follows:

• Personal Computer
  • Apple Mac OS X (10.4+)
  • Linux (Ubuntu/RedHat/OpenSuse/etc.)
  • Solaris 10/OpenSolaris
  • Windows (2000/XP/Vista/7)
  • Monitor capable of a minimum screen resolution of 1024x768.
• Internet Connection
  • Broadband (Cable/DSL/T1) (Recommended)
  • 56K Dial-Up Modem (Minimum)
• Web Browser (JavaScript and acceptance of Cookies must be enabled.)
  • QuickServe Online strongly recommends a standards-compliant browser such as the following:
    • Mozilla Firefox 3+
    • Mozilla Camino 1.5+ (Mac OS X)
    • Apple Safari 3+ (Mac OS X)
    • Opera 9+
  • Alternatively, Internet Explorer 11 is supported
• Some content on QuickServe Online requires the use of software to display PDF files, such as Adobe Acrobat.
• Some content on QuickServe Online requires the use of the Adobe Flash player plugin.

 

For optimal browser performance while using Internet Explorer, please follow the steps below:

In Internet Explorer, select Tools >> Internet Options >> General >> Browsing History >> Settings. A new window should open, and you should see "Check for newer versions of stored pages:" Be sure that "Every time I visit the webpage" is selected and then click OK.
